Ingredients
- 1 measure maida
- 2 measures rava
- jeera,
- chilli powder
- salt
- hing
- butter lime sized
- This qty varies with the maida/rava
Method
Mix all the ingredients.
Keep the dough aside for at least 1/2 an hour.
Make balls, flatten on a plastic sheet and fry.
If the Voda puffs and the inside is soft, poke the vada before frying.
