 Ingredients

  • 400 grams mince
  • 100 grams peas
  • 100 grams tomatoes
  • 200 grams onions
  • 1 cup curd
  • 2 pieces cinnamon
  • 6 cloves
  • 1 black cardamom
  • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
  • 2 green chillies
  • 6 flakes garlic
  • 1 inch ginger
  • 120 grams ghee
  • 1/2 teaspoon chilli powder
  • salt to taste

Method

Grate onion.

Grind together ginger, garlic and chillies.

Chop tomatoes and beat the curd.

 Fry onion till golden brown.

Add ginger garlic chilli paste and fry for one minute.

Add chilli powder, tomatoes, curd and salt.

Add garam masala and mince and fry till dry and the mince is brown.

Add peas and 1/2 a cp of hot water.

Heat in a pressure cooker, full pressure for 5 minutes on medium heat.

Open the cooker immediately.

Garnish with coriander leaves and garam masala.
