Pudina Chutney

       This is my interpretation of a green chutney we used to eat at Samrat restaurant in Churchgate before we were married. I eat it with any kabab.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup-full pudina leaves
  • 1/2 cup yoghurt (drained)
  • juice of one lime
  • 1/2 teaspoon jeera powder
  • Sugar and salt to taste
  •  

Method

Grind together all except the drained yoghurt.

 Stir it in the yoghurt last and then adjust the flavouring
